The Cellar of Domaine de Saint-Ennemond

VDP Viognier

Cuvée « Confidences ». Deep granitic and stony slope with south/south west exposure at 350 meters of altitude with a unique microclimate, very favorable to the expression of white wine.

This yellow-green brilliant wine has a remarkable complexity on the nose and on the palate, with an intense and delicate concentration of aromas. A mix of fruity (apricot, sweet almonds), exotic and floral notes.

AOC Régnié

Beaujolais Cru. Coming from the unique terroir of Côte-de-Durette hill side, with the best exposure, this wine is produced exclusively by Pierre-Jean Béréziat. Deep ruby colored with garnet tints, a mix of blackberries and spice aromas on the palate. Complex nose, which opens as the wine ages. Our Régnié has rather a mineral character because the vine digs deeply into the pink granite rock. Delicate and racy wine, Régnié stands up well to lamb, game, red meat and cheese.

Granitic and permeable soil, made of friable pink granite infiltrated here and there by seams of manganese giving an expressive wine with a deep garnet color and purple tints, fruity and floral aromas (petals of roses, iris, peony) and spice combination. A perfectly well structured wine, full-bodied, with delicacy of taste which ages very well.
