Our Estates are between Southern Burgundy and Northern Côte-du-Rhône, at the foot of Mont Brouilly.
Our AOC vineyards cover 16 hectares. We have chosen to use both biodynamic growing techniques and integrated production to produce high-quality grapes, the basis of high-quality wines.
Our wines are made using the Gamay grape, the only variety allowed in the Beaujolais area. We look after each step, from the tending of our vineyards to bottling on the Estate. We always adapt our winemaking techniques to our different vineyards.
The combination of local microclimate, soil, aspect, lower yield, strict harvesting by hand and know-how gives different characters to our wines.
Each vintage is a discovery, for us the terroir must express itself in the best way possible and wines retain the memory of its life as a grape on the vine.
